Cynthia Graziano is the president of GrayWolf Consulting,
a firm specializing in organizational development and training.
She has been a corporate trainer and designer for more than
fifteen years. Cindy has worked extensively with companies
assessing organizational issues and challenges and providing
counsel and solutions that bring results. Her management and
leadership consulting services have taken her across a wide
range of companies domestically and internationally.
While partnering with Fortune 500 companies as well as start
up manufacturing firms, she has designed human resource solutions
including succession planning processes, performance management
procedures and a wide range of training initiatives to establish
leadership competencies and strategic planning to accomplish
those results.
Cindy received her B.S. in Journalism from the University
of Kansas and has taken graduate courses in Industrial Psychology.
She is certified in MBTI and DiSC, and is currently enrolled at New York
University in the Master Certification for Executive
Coaching Program. In addition, Cindy has co-authored numerous articles and contributed to two
guidebooks, The Mentoring Map and Internal Consulting...Becoming
the Most Sought-After Person in Your Organization.
