Mobilizing People for Change
Managing change is a difficult process but when you are in the
role of leader or manager, your behavior can make the difference
between leading edge or getting stuck. This program examines
change, the behaviors associated with successful change agents
and strategies to help you and your team maneuver change
initiatives with greater results.
Performance Management for Superior Results
Nothing is more critical than open and clear communication with
your team to improve performance. Most managers struggle with
providing the right kind of support and direction to produce
superior and consistent results. This program is filled with
practical guidelines and role plays to make any manager more
effective.
Motivating for Results
The skills for building and maintaining a motivational
environment are often missed by even the most seasoned manager.
As the workforce continues to diversify, motivational
environments become more critical to bringing about expected
high level results. This program guides managers in
understanding how to maximize their staff potential through
intrinsic motivation not just external rewards.
Managing the
Toughest Challenges
What constitutes a successful manager is often in the subtleties
of their communication style, their mentoring approaches and
their commitment to manage performance in the most effective
way. In Managing the Toughest Challenges, participants will
develop strategies for helping employees achieve their goals,
provide feedback in difficult employee situations, motivating
teams and coaching or communicating disciplinary action. In the
process, participants identify leadership skills that are
legally correct and are critical for changing organizations.
Managing Time to Maximize Productivity
Everyone has a need to achieve results but the difference
between good and exceptional results often lies in how well an
employee can manage priorities and task assignments. Using
practical tools, this program guides employees toward gaining
more control of their time, thus controlling their performance
and productivity.
Managing
Conflicts
No one is immune to conflict today so having the correct skills
to use with consistency can support employee development to
manage conflict effectively. Through skill practice and a
variety of real-life examples, participants learn how to
confront a problem and solve it, not run from it where it
potentially becomes more destructive. Communication skills and
problem solving form the basis of this workshop.
