Harassment in the workplace can cause poor performance, low
morale and put companies at legal risk. In this workshop,
participants explore the facts and myths of this law to
determine how they can model appropriate behavior.
Review of the law and the organization’s policy are covered as
well as case studies to see the application in a variety of
situations. Employees leave with a greater awareness of how to
create a more equitable work environment, free of harassment and
inclusive of a diverse work force.
Schedule Sample:
Full Day: 7.0 hours plus breaks/lunch (8:30-4:30 with one
hour lunch, for example)
Half Day: 3.0 hours plus break
(9-12:00, for example)
Partial Day: 5.0 hours with breaks (8-1:00 with two breaks, for
